What is group coaching?
Group coaching allows for individual growth within a small group context. Together, peers determine a theme and various topics within the theme they would like to be coached around. The coach helps facilitate awareness, deepen understanding, set goals, create accountability systems, and allows time for reflection.
What are the benefits?
The benefits of group coaching are endless. Not only are you able to work towards your individual goals, you are able to find camaraderie with others going through a similar phase of life, create space for “me too” moments, learn from others experiences, and gain insight from the collective wisdom of the group.
How big are groups?
The recommended group size is between 6-8 members. The minimum minimum recommendation is 5 and the maximum is 12. Have more or less than that? There’s always the potential to merge groups or split them into multiple small groups. The purpose of the smaller sized groups is to ensure everyone is able to participate and make gains.
What topics can a group be coached on?
Anything the group has in common! Some examples are listed below:
- Motherhood (so many subgroups for this one!)
